I am a Personal Life Coach, trained and equipped to coach you in the area(s) of your choice. Among other areas, I have training in coaching for weight loss, coaching for results, coaching families, and coaching for BEing. I want nothing less than for you to “be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” (Rom. 12:2) I want to assist you to find out who God created you to BE, and how to live out your day-to-day life in that space. Whatever else we do together, Who You Are is fundamental. To that end I have researched and developed processes designed to facilitate growth and transformation. Also to that end, I am committed to praying for my clients. It is my intention to provide – whether by phone or in person – an environment that is a safe place for growth and change. I want you to be heard and accepted and loved just as you are, while at the same time having myriads of possibilities opening before you. I will affirm your worth as a person created and loved by God, without regard to what you have or haven’t accomplished, AND I will challenge you to grow even when you’re uncomfortable. I want to open up with you the scripture, “…with God all things are possible,” (Mat 19:26) increasing your ability to see the many possibilities before you and developing your ability to choose from a place of abundance in alignment with your values. Speaking of values, do you know what yours are? There are ways to find out, and I would be delighted to walk that road with you. When we find out what your values are, we’ll see if they line up with God’s values that He gives us in Scripture, and how to change yours if they don’t. It’s an exciting and freeing road. Bottom line, I want you to know your authentic self and your outstanding freedom to make choices. I want to provide space for you to explore yourself and what God has for you, and be transformed.
