How can I tell you who I am…who I really am? How can I give true intimacy – “into me you see”? At my core I am enthusiastic, free, and life-giving. I am conquered by God’s love. "Enthusiasm" comes from the Greek words "en theos" and means "possessed by God." My enthusiasm is for living life and loving it. I am free to choose my actions and even my emotions, and I’m life-giving in that I will freely give away the good news of salvation that I have received. I haven’t always known this about myself. There were years when I covered this person with fears and anger, hurts and sadness. These became my walls, my defenses. I am blessed beyond measure that one of my sons chose to live a non-working life. Truly, “to those who love God, who are called according to his plan, all things work out for the good.” (Rom. 8:28) The path to healing and wholeness for him opened up wonders for me that have transformed my life and given me a whole new view of hardships, as well as faith in God’s good plans. Now I want to impart what I have received. Thus my personal purpose, as well as the purpose for my coaching practice, is to be the woman I was created to be and to open space for others to become who they really are. Your freedom to BE the person you were created to be, and your ability to choose to walk in that identity, are very important to me. I am a member of Christian Coaches Network, and a founding member of Professional Coaches Association of Michigan. |
